I grew up in the Midwest, moving between Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan. I was raised in a Christian home and attended church all my life. I came to a saving knowledge of Christ when I was young, after coming to a full understanding of the weight of my sin and the grace of Christ. I don't remember the date or all the circumstances surrounding my conversion, which gave occasion for seasons of doubt during my teenage years. Eventually, God gave me the grace to realize that assurance comes, not from circumstances or the words of a prayer, but from the object of your faith, Jesus Christ alone.
I committed to pursue pastoral ministry during my junior year of high school and attended Bob Jones University as a Bible major. After my wife and I got married in 2015, we moved to Detroit, Michigan where I earned my Master of Divinity degree from Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary. After six years in Michigan, God led us to move to Palm Bay, Florida where I served as the Student Ministries Pastor at Faith Baptist Church of Palm Bay for a couple of years. In 2023, the church voted for me to serve as their next senior pastor. We love serving alongside the wonderful church family at Faith Baptist Church of Palm Bay and exited to see God at work here in Central Florida.
My wife and I have 4 young children, Brooklyn, Joshua, Benjamin, and Emma.
